Job description:
1. Plan and expand the market channels suitable for the company's brand and product positioning according to the company's sales goals;
2. Familiar with the operation mode of offline sales channels such as KA, CS, shopping mall, franchise stores, skin management centers, etc.;
3. Familiar with the operation mode of online sales channels such as B2B, B2C, C2C and other forms of traditional e-commerce and social e-commerce;
4. Plan and formulate effective activities, track and analyze the effect of the activities, so as to assist the terminal to achieve sales goals;
5. Familiar with the operation of media PR and brand promotion; excellent brand marketing ability and integrated marketing skills, shape the brand image, control and handle emergencies.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or medicine;
2. More than 3 years of marketing work experience in health food or medical cosmeceuticals, and those with work experience in the same position in well-known companies are preferred;
3. Familiar with the professional knowledge of health food or medical cosmeceuticals, familiar with the characteristics of the local market and customer needs;
4. Active thinking, optimistic and cheerful, passionate about work, able to lead a team;
5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
